Many folks are unaware of how important their thoughts, ideas, and decisions are, when these are the pivotal role! And because taking a look inside has frequently been labeled to be outside the norm and a threatening step to take, some often hesitate to ask for help when the cocoon closes in and gets really, really dark.
The butterfly doesn’t sit in the dark waiting to break forth in his transformation. He’s busy going through his stages of life before he emerges as a butterfly. This happens in our lives, too. How we behave and more importantly how we think is all going on while we move from stage to stage in our lives.
Every butterfly is uniquely different. Each feels free to be what he is intrinsically because that is his truth. As an individual, you are also uniquely different. If you are in a life situation where you may not feel safe to be who really are are, who you want and need to be, you can find the support to come out of that cocoon in therapy.
Transformation isn’t a one-time event. Understanding the layers inside our stories and moving forward into a place of harmony oftentimes requires a fresh look. Every one of us has to want to come out of that cocoon into the light by being open, honest and vulnerable. Therapy provides this opportunity.
Sometimes we need clarification from an individual like a therapist who has gained education, training and expertise on life’s path to help us see impediments and challenges and resolve them. I have spent years honing my skills in this arena and I’d love to speak with you.
